This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has new porcelain tile through out. Newly painted, with new updated blinds. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with the guest bathroom having a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Washer and dryer are included in the unit. The living room has a new 55 Smart TV (Netflix/Hulu) ready. The lanai and master bedroom are both equipped with flat screen TV’s. The Village is just a short distance away with a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Just call one of the Free Rides or catch a free trolley ride. Enjoy your home away from home. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
