| We had an overall great stay and wonderful family vacation. The highlight of the unit is definitely the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The unit itself is mostly remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The balcony furniture didn't quite match the quality of the view. The bathrooms felt outdated compared to the rest of the unit. We also wish more supplies had been provided, such as fresh towels and additional paper towels and toilet paper. Although we are at the beach there was a noticeable amount of sand on the floors upon arrival. We did need to call maintenance due to a shower head that was spraying and hanging off the wall on arrival. Maintenance responded very quickly and resolved it efficiently, which we appreciated. Several kitchen items needed washing before use, and most of the kitchen lighting was out or needed new bulbs. Overall, we had a great trip and truly enjoyed our stay.
