| A fantastic, very quiet complex! The grounds are spotless. Condo PH2 features beautiful new furniture and new appliances! It has been newly renovated! There is a TV in every room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It is very close to the shore—we used to walk to the ocean barefoot! The beach is incredibly wide. I am highly recommended!!!! |

| Second Visit to Siesta Key beach for a week. Last year was a 25 minute commute to the beach. This year we found this location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The convenience of having private beach access is worth every penny. No fighting for parking and we didn’t feel rushed. We were able to enjoy the beach way more, have the convenience of walking inside to cool off, grab drinks, make Lunch etc. Jamaica Royale Crushed this location in every way possible and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The area is beautiful, tons of shopping, extremely kid friendly but also has its share of night life for younger crowds/couples. It was very quiet at night and safe to walk the area late at night. The condo was equipped with everything you need, extremely clean and feels like home not a hotel. There are beach tents available, kid toys, and free chairs to use on the beach.
