All vehicles parking onsite, even if not staying overnight, must be registered with the office. Each registered reservation is given one parking pass at check-in. Each condo has a dedicated parking spot on property. The pass needs to be displayed from your vehicle’s dashboard for the duration of your stay. One additional parking pass is available for guest parking if needed from the Rental Office. Guest parking is located throughout the site and clearly marked. See our Rules and Regulations page for more information on parking rules.

There is a mail room on property attached to the Rental Office, accessible by code only. You may have mail or packages address to Jamaica Royale, 5830 Midnight Pass Road, Unit #, Sarasota, FL 34242

Yes! Condos are furnished with bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please do not hang towels on any balcony railings.

Many condos feature washers and dryers. There are two shared laundry facilities on-site guests may use. One is located mid-property on the North side between unit 22 and 23 and the second is located in Tower 2 on the ground floor. The machines accept credit card for payment only. Please note, laundry detergent is not provided.

A basic starter kit of dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge, paper towels, trash bags, body soap, and toilet paper is provided in your condo. Guests are to bring additional items such as lotion, shampoo, conditioner and replenish the basics we provide as needed.

A limited quantity of pack n plays, highchairs and baby gates are available on a complimentary basis, first come first served. Please inquire with the Rental Office in advance of your arrival. Additional equipment is available for rent through ABC Baby Rentals.

Complimentary beach lounge chairs are available on a first come, first served basis by the sea wall. Condos are furnished with beach towels. Some condos may have beach wagons, umbrellas, coolers, and toys available however these items are not required by condo owners and are therefore not guaranteed to be available.

All condos are equipped with a coffee maker. Some condos feature a Keurig or similar whereas others may feature a drip coffee maker. Coffee makers are replaced often due to high volume use and breakage therefore it is best to make arrangements to purchase coffee supplies based on your condo’s coffee marker after arriving. Supplies are not provided.

We kindly ask that you empty the refrigerator and freezer, remove garbage and recyclables from the condo, and start a dishwasher cycle if needed. Only extra linens other than bed linens for sleeper sofas stored in closets should be laundered prior to your departure. All other linens will be professionally laundered.

If you are departing outside of office hours, please leave any physical keys provided in the mail slot in tan box outside the front office main entry.

In effort to help the environment, please keep recyclable items separate from garbage.

For villa garden units, trash cans for garbage only are located in the ground right outside the door of your condo.  There are blue recycling bins located throughout the property outside the front doors along the driveway side of the villas.  Please do not place any trash bag liners in the blue recycling container. Instructions on what can be recycled are on the containers.

For tower units, there is a Trash Room on each floor. Recyclables can be placed in the appropriate blue bin located in the Trash Room.
