NEWLY RENOVATED!! Welcome to Jamaica Royale T53! Located about 1 mile south of Siesta Key Village, Jamaica Royale is a beautiful resort like complex right on the silky white sands of Siesta Key. T53 is located in Tower I with a private assigned parking space and easy elevator access to the unit on the 5th floor.

T53 is designed for entertaining friends and family with a large living space and open concept kitchen. The living room is spacious with comfortable furniture you can relax in and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. A wall of windows with access to the balcony keep the unit light and bright, and allows for easy inside/outside living. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island. You can choose to dine in the open dining room or outside on the large "L shaped" balcony to enjoy the gentle gulf breezes. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has direct access onto the balcony, king size bed, and private full bath. The guest room provides sleeping for up to 4 with 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with bed side tables, dressers, closets, and flat screen TVs (cable TV available). Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in the unit to make washing up from the beach or pool easy. The unit also includes secure wireless internet for your convenience.

Jamaica Royale offers 3 pools, private beach in front, 2 BBQ areas, and parking. The beach area is expansive, with about half of its depth dedicated only to the residents and guests of Jamaica Royale. Siesta Key Village just north, is an easy ride on the free trolley that services the key or 15-20 min walk. You can also take the trolley south to South Village/Crescent Beach Shops for more shopping and restaurants. Jamaica Royale is located in the perfect location to enjoy all that the Key has to offer, and a quick drive across the bridge to visit Sarasota or Armand's Circle. Siesta Key is a destination you can create many memories with family and friends year after year.
This unit has a 7 night minimum rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps.  We will do our best to accommodate any request.
