The condo has an enclosed lanai that opens to two open balconies. The lanai has a table and seating for six. Listen to the waves as you drink your morning coffee or while eating dinner. This unit is new to the rental program and was purchased completely unfurnished. Everything in this unit is brand new (beds, mattresses, furniture, TV's etc.) The living room has a 50" smart TV (Netflix/Hulu ready) and a wireless speaker tower. The spacious bedrooms both have 32" flat screen TV's. An updated and fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make entertaining and dining easy. Jamaica Royale is beautifully maintained and is a very clean and friendly complex. There are 3 heated, fresh water pools, and the beachfront pool is just around the corner from the elevator. Complete with linens, bath towels, and umbrellas - everything you need to be comfortable here as staying at a friend's home on the beach. Jamaica Royale also has lounge chairs on the beach for your convenience. Our designated parking spot is conveniently located just steps to the elevator. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
