These items are intended as an initial convenience and may not last the entire duration of your stay. We recommend bringing or planning to purchase additional personal and household items such as coffee and filters, extra paper products, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, condiments, sunscreen, a basic first aid kit, and personal care items like razors and shaving cream. Jamaica Royale consists of individually owned condominiums established as vacation rentals with 3 heated pools located in the Esplanade (center of the property) between the office and the beach. There are tower units for those who are looking for view, villas located alongside the pools and for those who prefer the more tranquil times, villas that offer the serenity away from the activities of the beach and the pools yet provide the same amenities and a short walk through the property to the beach! Whatever your style, you will find it at Jamaica Royale.
Check in and park the car, as you are only 1000 steps from the public beach where you can walk the white quartz sand that is soft on your feet while enjoying the tranquility of soft waves splashing and beautiful turquoise waters. The drum circle is sure to entertain you some nights or just sit and watch a beautiful sunset. If you prefer, at any given time of the day, you can catch “Breeze” (Sarasota County Area Transit) which will transport you up and down Siesta Key to your favorite entertainment spot, dinner, and/or shopping. Leave the car parked, it is really not necessary! And this transportation, is on Sarasota County!!! No charge!

IT’S SEA TURTLE SEASON MAY 1 – OCT 31st HELP US PROTECT THESE MAJESTIC CREATURES!
Siesta Key is know for its beauty and wildlife, if disturbed these amazing creatures will not come back to nest if they feel threatened. This goes for all wildlife, birds, turtles, snakes, manatee, etc. LET NATURE BE, TAKE ONLY PHOTOS AND LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS!!!
What you can do to help during turtle nesting season:
•If you encounter a nesting turtle, remain quiet and observe from a distance.
•Fill in holes YOU DIG that may trap hatch-lings.
•Throw trash away in proper place.
•Don’t approach turtles, hatch-lings or make noise.
•Don’t use flashlights, it will confuse the turtles sense of direction, they are guided by moonlight.
•Don’t touch sea turtles or hatch-lings.
All condominiums are a home away from home ~ completely furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Each of our units has private, high-speed wireless FIOS internet. There are laundry facilities on site for our guests only. In addition, many of the units have their own washer/dryer. Irons, ironing boards, and linens are supplied. Did we miss something? Call the front office, we are happy to accommodate.
Wi-Fi is accessible in our community room and in each unit. Beach chairs are provided for you on our private sandy beach. Would you prefer to lounge on the beach in the shade in a nice cabana near the Gulf? Siesta Seaside Services will be glad to bring you a cabana lounge chair, just inquire at the Jamaica Royale Management office.
