Deposit: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $300 Advance Reservation Deposit that goes towards the rental. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival.
Optional Services: Optional services include CSA Travel Insurance which is highly recommended.
Cancellation: A reservation must be cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival date. Upon cancellation of 61 days or more, the $300 Reservation Deposit will be refunded to the Renter minus a $100 administrative fee which will be retained by JRMI. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all monies received by JRMI will be retained. If JRMI is able to rent the Condo for the SAME period of time, all monies except for the Reservation Deposit will be returned to the Renter. Refunds of the Advance Reservation Deposit and/or Total Charges will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions. In the event of a hurricane, refunds will be made only in the event of a mandatory evacuation by governmental authorities. Refunds will be granted for the period of the issuance of the mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is optional, but it is highly recommended. Please refer to Generali Travel Insurance for any information regarding travel insurance coverage.
Check-in/Check-out Information: Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. – Check-out time is NO later than 10:00 A.M.
Late Check-in: Please refer back to the confirmation notice for late arrival procedure and contact the rental office if you have any questions. Management reserves the right to assign a substitute unit, if necessary. Any reservation changes must have official office approval.
